INSTRUCTIONS
How can you use your computer to register to the Cottage Education Corporation Long Distance
Classes?
- Click NEW ON LINE TESTING at the bottom of Cottage Education Corporation Homepage.
- Click the FORM TO ENROLL WITH COTTAGE EDUCATION.
- Copy all pages to your word processor in your computer.
- Print a hard copy of the registration form.
- Fill out all the blank spaces as applicable to your situation.
- Then go back to your word processor in your computer and fill out the blanks as you have it in
your hard copy.
- Copy the REGISTRATION FORM from your word processor to your e-mail pad and mail it
to us with your registration request.
- You will get further instruction after we receive your APPLICATION ENROLLMENT
FORM.
- There will be a $ 10.00 donation if you are accepted to our LONG DISTANCE EDUCATION
CLASSES.
